Thai Hands-On Cooking with Petta Brown
Back by popular demand; the one-and-only Petta Brown, Chef and Owner of Thai Gourmet Market, takes you on a cultural-culinary experience inside the Epicurean Theatre that you’ll never forget. On Sunday, April 10, from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., roll up your sleeves and join Petta to create your own authentic Thai dishes using fresh ingredients.
This three-course authentic Thai meal will feature: “Larb-Kai” Spicy Thai Chicken Salad, “Keao-Kung” Shrimp Wonton Soup and “Kang-Keao-Whan-Lamb” Green Curry Lamb. Each dish in all three courses will include delightful wine pairings, adding to your exquisite dining experience.

Petta is a self-taught chef who has a passion for ‘real,’ natural food, with an emphasis on no MSG, additives or preservatives in any of her cooking.
