Joe Collier, president of Mainsail Lodging & Development, was on hand to accept the award at Marriott International’s recent Full-Service Owners Conference (MINA) in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Marriott’s annual two-day conference brings together full-service owners, franchisees and management companies from across the country for the MINA Member meeting, keynote speakers, senior leadership sessions, networking and the award ceremony. The Food & Beverage Award recognizes those partners who provide outstanding culinary standards that enhance guests’ experiences at Marriott’s full-service hotels.
