Epicurean Hotel Launches Web Site, Accepts Reservations

Guests may now explore the hotel and book online for stays as early as March 1, 2014

TAMPA, Fla. (August 12, 2013) – Tampa’s Epicurean Hotel has officially launched its web site – EpicureanHotel.com – and is now accepting reservations for stays from March 1, 2014 and beyond. To make reservations, guests may visit the hotel’s site directly or book through Marriott.com, as the Epicurean is the first newly constructed property in the United States to join the prestigious Autograph Collection® of Marriott International, Inc.  The hotel’s developer, Mainsail Lodging & Development, has set a December opening for the Epicurean, a 137-room boutique hotel devoted to extraordinary culinary experiences.  To book meetings and social events in the 2,000 square foot Grand Cru Ballroom, second floor Terrace, the Epicurean Theatre or other function space, guests can call (855) 829-2536 or email sales@epicureanhotel.com.

“As construction progresses, the reservation dates will begin rolling back,” said Joe Collier, Mainsail Lodging & Development’s president. “By the fall we fully expect to be accepting reservations for our opening in late December, so everyone should visit the site to keep an eye on our progress.”

Designed by SPARK and BuzzFish Marketing, the new hotel web site takes guests through a sensory experience, walking users through each of the culinary-themed elements – from the highly-anticipated Élevage restaurant to Evangeline, the hotel’s spa.  Soon guests will be able to access a robust calendar of programming taking place at the hotel and will be able to make reservations for events in the culinary classroom, the Epicurean Theatre.  Events will range from wine tastings and craft cocktail courses, to cooking classes, guest lectures and celebrity appearances. The web site also takes guest through the Epicurean’s trendy Hyde Park neighborhood, as well as nearby attractions and events.

The food-focused Epicurean Hotel is being developed in collaboration with the legendary Bern’s Steak House and will feature a large, state-of-the-art culinary classroom, a signature restaurant, wine shop, rooftop bar, full-service spa and patisserie.
