Two of the area’s most popular hotels are offering festive menus for the Christmas holidays.
Élevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar at Epicurean Hotel is hosting a special Christmas three-course prix fixe menu. Prices are per person, based on entrée selection. A special children’s menu will also be available for $30 (ages 6-12) and complimentary for children 5 and under.
Choice of One Starter – Lobster Bisque with Tamale Dumpling, Pancetta and Brandy; Wagyu Tartare with Caper Aioli, Quail Egg, Pickled Mustard Seeds and Crostini; Truffled Cavatelli with Wild Mushroom, Soubise, Confit Baby Leek and Winter Truffle; or Christmas Epicurean Salad with Cranberry-Hibiscus Vinaigrette, Farm Greens, Goat Cheese, Apples and Candied Nuts
Choice of One Entrée – Short Rib ($84) with Goat Cheese Polenta, Braised Baby Kale and Madeira; Pan Seared Halibut ($75) with Celery Root Gratin, Caviar Veronique Sauce and Peeled Green Grapes; Duck Confit Cannelloni ($70) with
Juniper Berry Jus and Arugula; or Crispy Spaghetti Squash ($65) with Cranberry Cheese, Olive Gremolata, Baby Spinach and Confit Tomato Butter
Choice of One Dessert – Triple Chocolate Semifreddo with Elderberry Sauce; Dutch Apple Crostata with Pistachio Ice Cream; or Panettone Bread Pudding with Rum Ice Cream

HEW Parlor & Chophouse at Fenway Hotel in Dunedin is offering a three-course, family-style Christmas feast. For $85 per adult, $25 for children (6-12) and complimentary for children 5 and under, the feast includes:
Starter – Acorn Squash Saltimbocca with Roasted Grape & Mascarpone Mousse, Pink Peppercorn and Blackberry Port Conserva
Salad or Soup – Fennel & Endive with Pomegranate, Walnut, Celery Curl, Parsnip, Tangerine Oil and Sherry Vinegar; or Celeriac Soup with Chestnut, Parsnip and Blue Crab
Main Course – Beef Wellington with Sauce Perigueux; Lamb & Boar Stuffed Loaf with Cranberry Carrot Ketchup; and Coq au Vin with Gremolata
Sides – Golden-Whipped Yukon Potatoes; Raclette-Gruyere Mac with Pickled Shallots; Wrapped Asparagus with Date Molasses and Warm Barley; and Caramelized Forage Mushrooms with Browned Butter

HEW’s is open for Christmas Eve dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. Christmas Day they are open from 7 to 10 a.m. with a limited breakfast menu.
