March Cupcakes & Cocktails — Lucky You!
Let’s kick off March with a little cupcake luck with the top cupcake class in Tampa!
Lucky for you, here’s an early reminder that Chef Beth from Cloud 9 Confections returns to the Epicurean Theatre for her March cupcake class in Tampa. Get ready for three new cupcakes recipes themes featuring St. Patrick’s Day treats. Guests will learn how to make a sweet trio of desserts guaranteed to impress all your friends and family, while sipping on handcrafted libations prepared by Élevage Leprechauns.
The best part about Cupcakes & Cocktails is that you get to decorate six treats and bring them home along with helpful recipes.
The cupcake menu for March features a decadent dessert trio:
- The Car Bomb, which features stout chocolate cake, whiskey ganache filling topped with an Irish cream buttercream icing.
- Luck of the Irish Cream, which features a rich Irish cream cake, topped with an Irish cream buttercream icing.
- Shamrock Shake, which is one of my personal favorites! This vanilla mint cake topped with mint cream cheese frosting will make you feel like the luckiest person to hit the cupcake jackpot, ever!

The March cupcake class is on Wednesday, March 22, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are $65 per person and can be purchased on the Epicurean Theatre website here.
