Case of the Monday’s: The Great White Wines of the World in the Epicurean Theatre from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. on Monday, July 20
Bern’s Fine Wines & Spirits along with certified Sommelier Kevin Pelley present a 90-minute class featuring an in-depth look at the world’s finest wines. Guests will sample wines from Italy, France, California, Germany and Greece paired with a cheese and charcuterie plate from the Élevage kitchen. $55 per person

Cupcakes and Cocktails in the Epicurean Theatre from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21
Chef Beth is back for her monthly Cupcakes & Cocktails class! This  month, you’ll make three summer favorites: S’mores, Creamsicle and Strawberry Daiquiri. $50 per person

Supper Club Drunken Munchies: Bar Food & Cocktails from Around the Globe from 6:30 – 9 p.m. in the Epicurean Theatre on Friday, July 24
This month’s Supper Club will feature spin-offs of your favorite dishes, like a Bombay Dry Gin with Ruby Tonic, Foie Gras Bratworth, Sticky Toffee Pudding and much more. This is a unique dining experience you’ll never forget! $125 per person

Happy Hour Everyday From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Élevage Bar
Enjoy the happy hour that everyone is talking about! Featuring $5 Chef Chad’s choice appetizers, $5 cocktails, $5 wines by the glass, and $3 beers.
