Simon Majumdar: Chicken Wings Around The World
Tuesday, September 25, in the Epicurean Theatre (7 p.m.–9 p.m.)
The Food Network Star and best-selling author, Simon Majumdar is visiting the Epicurean Theatre for a very special cooking class you don’t want to miss. Simon will share his recipes of different styles of chicken wings from his travels around the world. Each guest will receive a signed copy of his book, “Fed, White, and Blue.” Guests will also indulge in a diverse menu of wings cooked in a variety of styles, including Tandoori, Korean, Jerk, Moroccan and Yakitori with Tare.
Simon Majumdar is an author, journalist and best known as a TV personality whose recurring role as judge on Cutthroat Kitchen, Iron Chef America, and The Next Iron Chef has earned him the title of Food Network’s “toughest critic.”
