Élevage is preparing a unique menu for Christmas Day that features a sampling of items from holidays around the world. Selections include Bavarian Christmas – cider glazed ham with spätzle, spiced red cabbage, apple marmalade and alpine cheese fondue and Soul Food Holiday – buttermilk fried chicken with candied yams, greens and hocks and milk gravy.
