Chef Viet Vo is back with another engaging and hands-on experience for you to enjoy. Get the chance to learn and make your very own sushi!
In this class with Chef V, he will demonstrate Tempura Shrimp with Udon and Dashi Broth. Guests will also have the chance to be hands on with creating the California Roll with Crab, Avocado, and Cucumber.

About Chef V:
Chef Viet Vo opened the Sandpearl Resort on Clearwater Beach as their Executive Sushi Chef back in 2007. Since then, he has opened various different hotels and restaurants across the country and has worked with international clients such as the International Olympic Committee. He has traveled to 4 different countries over the past 6 years consulting for the Olympics Games, having various roles from food and beverage to venue management. The countries he’s visited during the games have been Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Pyeongchang, South Korea; Tokyo, Japan; and most recently Beijing, China for the 2022 Winter Olympics.
