Cupcakes & Cocktails: Here for the Boos
We all know when it comes to a frightfully good Halloween party; cute cupcakes full of all treats (and no tricks!) are required. You’ll ditch that boring box mix when Chef Beth from Cloud 9 Confections teaches you her secrets to three terrifyingly tasty cupcakes on Monday, October 17, from 7 to 9 p.m. inside the Epicurean Theatre.Her “Here for the Boos” edition may feature three treats, but you’ll get to decorate and take home six, while enjoying handcrafted cocktails by the guys and ghouls at EDGE.
These three cupcakes are wickedly fun:
Vampire’s Kiss: Dark chocolate cake, raspberry blood curd, cream cheese frosting and a blood drizzle
Hard Apple Cider: Hard cider cake with a cinnamon buttercream icing
Candy Corn: Vanilla buttermilk cake with vanilla buttercream “candy corn”
