Cena: Three-Course Italian Meal, Back Again!
Chef Michael will prepare (and teach you how to prepare) an authentic and flavorful three-course Italian meal. The first course will be Mussels with Nduja sausage in a roasted pepper tomato broth paired with Stellina di Notte Prosecco. The second course will be a rustic Seasonal Mushroom Pasta with garlic, white wine, rosemary, and butter served alongside a Mulderbosch Chenin Blanc, Western Cape, ZA 2011. Lastly, he will be making Chicken Cutlet with an Arugula Parmesan Salad and Lemon Caper Butter paired with Elio Altare, Dolcetta d’Alba, Piedmont 2008.
Chef Michael’s restaurant, Cena, is a popular and modern restaurant located in the Grand Central building at the heart of the vibrant Channel District in Tampa.
