Painting and Vino for Galantine’s Day

Event Information

Whether it’s date night or a night out with your gal’s awaken your inner artist with Tampa’s own Jessie Taylor for a beginner’s art class! Jessie Taylor will guide you through painting a unique piece. Each attendee will receive two complimentary glasses of wine, paired with light cheese and charcuterie. A canvas and painting supplies will also be provided for you to create a masterpiece to take home!

About the Artist: 
Jessie Taylor’s journey as an artist reflects a determination to seize every opportunity and
push the boundaries of her craft. Originally from Long Island, New York, she ventured to Tampa to pursue her passion for art at the University of Tampa. During her time as a student, she immersed herself in various experiences, from participating in prestigious art festivals like the Gasparilla

Festival of the Arts to gaining media recognition through features on platforms like WFLA news. Her internship with BB Art opened doors to paint in prominent locations like Porsche Tampa and Amalie Arena, as well as numerous local businesses, honing her skills and expanding her portfolio. Despite the demanding schedule of balancing full-time work with her studies, Jessie remained determined to grow her brand and evolve as an artist. Transitioning from her role as a Display Artist at Anthropologie to dedicating herself entirely to her art demonstrates her commitment to her craft and her willingness to take risks in pursuit of her dreams. Exhibiting at her first Miami art week signifies a significant milestone in her career, showcasing her dedication to showcasing her
work on larger platforms. Jessie’s art, characterized by its innovative use of easily accessible materials like house paints, recycled fabrics, and paper collages, challenges conventional notions of what constitutes art. Her creations delve into themes of risk-taking, chasing dreams, and embracing individuality, reflecting the lessons she has learned throughout her personal and artistic journey.
