Three-Course Dinner with Chef Jason Cline of Birch & Vine
Tuesday, April 5: Epicurean Theatre (7:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m.)
Executive Chef Jason Cline uses his skills in classical cooking and innovative techniques fused with his passion for bold flavors to create menus for The Birchwood. He continues to be recognized in the culinary circuit, winning multiple awards and collaborating with world-renowned influential chefs. Most recently, his focus on sourcing ingredients from local Florida farms was recently featured on “Emeril’s Florida” on the Food Network. Big Flavors from the Big Green Egg with Dr. BBQ, Ray Lampe
Wednesday, April 6: Epicurean Theatre (7 p.m.-9 p.m.)
Inducted into the BBQ Hall of Fame in 2014, Ray Lampe is an outdoor cooking expert. Spend the evening with Dr. BBQ and learn how he makes a three-course meal off his Big Green Egg. French Wine Scholar
Friday, April 8: Epicurean Theatre (8 a.m.-5 p.m.)
Napa Valley Wine Academy is proud to be offer the prestigious French Wine Scholar Study and Certification program. This in-depth program provides current and accurate information on the wines and wine regions of France. Developed and administrated by the French Wine Society with the support of the French Ministry of Agriculture, this program is designed for serious students of wine; whether professionals or serious wine hobbyists. Thai Hands-On Cooking
Sunday, April 10: Epicurean Theatre (7 p.m.-9:30 p.m.)
Petta Brown, owner of Thai Gourmet Market, returns to the Epicurean Theatre for one of our most popular cooking classes. She will teach guests how to prepare three mouthwatering Thai dishes and share the techniques that go into making them. Menu highlights include: “Larb-Kai”: Spicy Thai Chicken Salad, “Keao-Kung”: Shrimp Wonton Soup and “Kang-Keao-Whan-Lamb”: Green Curry Lamb.
