About 4 Rivers Smokehouse
4 Rivers Smokehouse first began with the launch of the “Barbecue Ministry” in 2004, as a cooking fundraiser to support a local family whose child was battling cancer. The passion of supporting local schools, churches, and charitable organizations continued until smoking thousands of pounds of meat in the garage couldn’t cut it anymore. In 2009 John Rivers opened his first concept, 4 Rivers Smokehouse, which quickly became one of the fastest growing restaurants in the southeast. With thirteen locations in Florida, and one soon opening in Atlanta, 4 Rivers Smokehouse is garnering national recognition. The Barbecue Ministry remains the foundation and focus of 4 Rivers Smokehouse.
Tickets for 4 Rivers Smokehouse: A Night with John Rivers cooking class are $65 per person and can be purchased on the Epicurean Theatre website here.
