Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Chef Adrihel Rosario started his culinary journey 11 years ago in Miami, where he began to further develop his creativity and passion for cooking. In 2015, Chef Adrihel was given the opportunity to join the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach as their Chef Tournant, and only a year later was promoted to Chef de Cuisine for the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Now, the Chef de Cuisine for Oystercatchers at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, he continues to implement his love for seafood with a twist of flavors from all different cuisines.
